Current version: DASH 2.0.
What it does
Purpose-built measurement platform for both digital and engineering teams. Provides metrics frameworks tailored to each domain — UX and product metrics (System Usability Scale, Customer Satisfaction, OKRs) for digital teams; capability metrics for engineering teams.
DASH is the canonical home for "did the work achieve its intended outcome?" — every Test-phase artefact connects back to a DASH measurement framework. It also supports baseline collection: programmes can run surveys against the existing, legacy, or competitor system early in Research, so future measurements of the new system have a real comparator to benchmark against.
When to use it
- Research phase — baseline the existing, legacy, or competitor system so future success criteria have a concrete comparator
- Test phase, across both domains — prototype surveys and system surveys against the new artefact
- Throughout a product's lifetime — DASH is not just for one-off testing; it tracks outcomes continuously
- Pre-acquisition decisions (engineering) — to ground the decision in measured capability evidence
- Post-launch (digital) — to monitor outcome achievement against the PRD
How to access
Available at diux-dash.com. Each programme has a DASH workspace.
Output expectations
- Metrics are tied to a specific success criterion, not chosen for ease of measurement
- Reports surface trends and decisions, not just numbers
